The St. Regis just finished a comprehensive interior remodel in 2012 and it is gorgeous. Every guest room is beautifully appointed with spacious, marble bathrooms that have the bathtub separated from the shower. The room that I stayed in had shutter doors in the bedroom that opened up to the bathtub so you could soak in the tub and look out to amazing views of the mountain. The hotel has many nooks and crannies if you wanted to get out of the room. Grab a drink and a bite to eat at the Shadow Mountain Lodge, a lounge area down in the lobby with pristine views of Aspen Mountain or lounge by the fireplace in the newly created Library with plush couches. The hotel has everything, including one of the best spas in the world, Remede Spa, fitness room, pool, hot tubs and two on property dining options: The Chefs Club and Trecento Quindici Decano.
