Architecture Museum in Mid Century Modern Bank
This branch of the Palm Springs Art Museum is focused on architecture and design, and is located in a building that was originally a savings and loan designed by E Steward Williams, a famous mid-century modern architect. The exhibits are interesting, but equally interesting is the building itself, which is largely unchanged from when it was a bank. The original drive up teller window is still in place, as is the vault.
