Two of its trio of owners, Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara, are former stars of the Sri Lankan cricket team. As the restaurant’s name suggests, the star of the menu is Sri Lankan crab, normally destined for faraway kitchens in Singapore and Hong Kong. Order the classic chili crab or pepper crab, don your giant bib and get cracking.
