There’s a number of kumpir stalls near the famous Ortaköy Mosque (shown in the picture above), so you can pick and choose which one has the most appetizing and freshest ingredients for you. There’s no hard and fast rules about what ingredients and sauces can and can’t be added—just go for it and pile them on high! By the end of the construction stage there’s normally enough food for two people to share.
