Fleetwood Mac front man Mick Fleetwood is behind this bar and restaurant, located on a third-floor rooftop in Lahaina. Here, guests sip drinks under beige umbrellas while taking in views of the dreamy blue Pacific. To pair with award-winning cocktails like the Heart of the Jungle (Cynar, Velvet Falernum, coconut rum, and lemon juice), which comes in a tiki artichoke, executive chef Eric Morrissette serves a menu of elevated bar bites, fresh local fish, and meatier dishes like filet mignon with peppercorn reduction. If you’re not a cocktail person, know that the robust drink menu also features beers from Maui Brewing Co. and Kohola Brewing as well as exclusive wines like Krug Brut from Reims, Luberri Gran Reserva rioja, and even a Chateau Musar red blend from Lebanon.

Sip Wine on the Rooftop of Fleetwood's
Ever since the 1800s, Lahaina has been a boisterous port town full of grog shops and places to imbibe. The same can be said for Lahaina today, although, of all the bars that pepper the town, only one has tables set out on the rooftop and a wine list compiled by a rock star. At Fleetwood’s on Front Street, you can relax on the rooftop and watch the sun set over the waters of the Lahaina roadstead. There is live music five nights a week, and occasionally the owner—Mick Fleetwood—will drop by and hop on the drums for an impromptu tropical jam. At 5 p.m., stop in for wine tastings. Mick Fleetwood has created an award-winning “Private Cellar Collection,” and there are few better venues to enjoy a glass than beneath a tiki torch in historic Lahaina. Take in the view, sip on some wine, and enjoy the rhythms of smooth jazz or soul as they drift off into the night.
SUNSET in LAHAINA, ..Hawaiian Kumu Sunset Ceremony
Kumu is a Hawaiian term for “teacher” or “source of wisdom.” Story telling, chanting and songs are part of the Traditional Sunset Ceremony at Fleetwood’s on Front Street. Presented on the rooftop overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this experience is the true spirit of Aloha. “Aloha is being a part of all”
