Unique Gifts at the Crocker Art Museum Gift Shop
The Crocker Art Museum’s gift shop is located inside the beautiful Crocker Art Museum, just blocks from the Capitol and Old Sacramento State Historic Park. The gift shop is a light-filled space that sells unique items made by regional artisans, such as hand-dyed silk scarves by local artist Alicia Herrera, funky jewelry, and handmade children’s toys. A fine collection of home design products, books, note cards, puzzles, children’s art supplies, and prints of regional artists’ work are also for sale. If you happen to be in town at the very end of November-early December, you can visit their Holiday Art and Craft Festival for a huge selection of unique gifts made by local artisans. The gift shop is open Tuesday-Sunday 10:00-5:00 but, like the museum, stays open until 9 p.m. on Thursdays.
