Who’d have thought that a burgeoning craft beer scene would be brewing in Central America, much less in the region’s smallest country? And yet, here is Cadejo Brewing Company, the country’s first craft brewer, turning out reds, blondes, and Belgians, as well as seasonal and special brews (it introduces a limited edition beer every three weeks that’s sold—and drunk—only on-site). The brewery offers tours and, of course, tastings.
